REFUNDS

I. We will give you a refund if your situation falls into one of these 2 cases:

  • The eBook you downloaded is not as advertised.
  • You receive an error when trying to open the eBook.
  • Duplicated Orders which are purchased accidentally. We only refund one of them.

In theses cases, please send us an email to: [email protected] and we will issue you a refund. Please allow us at least 24 hours to reply back to you.

II. We will NOT issue a refund if your situation falls into one of these cases:

  • You purchased the eBook because you thought that this was a physical book. We have made it very clear that our products are electronic and not physical in the description as well as the title of the product.
  • You don’t need the eBook anymore due to unforeseen circumstances (dropping classes, professors changing books, etc.).
  • You wanted another title but mistook the eBook you bought for that title. We have included in great detail the cover, title, ISBNs, Amazon description of the eBook so there is no way that you can mistake this eBook for another.
  • The page numbers of the eBook differ from those of the hardcopy. It is common knowledge that some types of eBooks (especially EPUB, MOBI, AZW) do not have the same page numbers as the their hardcopy counterparts. Please contact us first about the page numbers before purchasing.
  • You ordered wrong book.

The refund money will be funded back to your Bank Account within 3 – 5 business days.

RETURN POLICY

1. The Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. We apologize for any inconvenience. However, we cannot accept returns over 30 days. All items must be include all original packaging, components, manuals, and documentation. The products non-defective / non-damaged returns are responsible for the shipping cost of the order.

2. All products require a Return Authorization Number (RA #) before being returned. This number can be obtained by contacting us by email [email protected]

3. All products defective / damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours and your package must be returned or postmarked within five business days from receipt so that we may properly report a claim to our shipping carrier. We will gladly replace item/s damaged during shipping. However, we ask that you follow the above instructions provided.

4. Customers who refuse delivery of an item that they ordered is responsible for the shipping cost of the order and a 20% restocking fee, and customer pay return shipping

5. Customers who provide an incorrect shipping address or are not available to receive a shipment are responsible for the shipping costs of the order. We will try our best to keep track of all orders and will notify customers of additional shipping information needed for delivery. 

REFUND POLICY

1. We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of the defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

2. If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees. Products decrease in value over time. 

3. You can expect your refund within 01 weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases, you will receive a refund sooner.

4. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time of your request for refunds to appear on your Card/Paypal. 

5. All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is processed, we will send you an email with your refund details.
